I’ve always had a love for sport and movement. I love to give any activity a go, and I encourage everyone to have the same approach. My key sports would be soccer and athletics, however, I have also played rugby, cricket, AFL, hockey, tennis, and volleyball throughout my life.
I am from St George in Southwest QLD and went to boarding school in Toowoomba from Year 7, before starting my study of Clinical Exercise Physiology at UQ in Brisbane. While I was studying, I was fortunate enough to work in a boarding school and coach junior boys’ sporting teams, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I love to work with people and help them strive for enjoyment and improvement in all areas of their lives.
I have developed a real interest in working with people with disabilities and people recovering from neurological conditions. My main goal for anyone I work with is to help them achieve the outcomes they want while having fun in the process along the way.
