I have always been extremely passionate about exercise, growing up competing at a national level for road and track cycling. I have competed in state titles and national titles from the age of 15, which led to me developing a very strong interest in pursuing a career in an exercise discipline after spending time around this environment at the QAS and sporting events. After moving from the UK in 2006 I grew up on the coast, completing my Cert IV in Fitness in 2015, followed by a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022.
I now enjoy a wide range of exercise including swimming, cycling, touch rugby league, and gym-based sessions. I have always had the drive and determination to succeed, not only in sports but in all aspects of my life. I am motivated to help others achieve their health goals and utilise my experience and knowledge to this end.
I believe that exercise is the best medicine for treating a wide range of conditions. I am particularly interested in working with people with disabilities and musculoskeletal conditions.
