After nine years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and Pilates instructor, I chose to focus my career as an Exercise Physiologist to enhance physical health through targeted rehabilitation. My approach integrates hands-on experience with academic research, focusing on optimising performance and fostering recovery through personalized exercise programmes.
Having personally overcome a stroke, I bring a unique and deeply empathetic perspective to my work. This experience has enriched my understanding of physical recovery, allowing me to combine the science of exercise physiology with genuine compassion and support.
