I have always been a very active person and loved giving anything a go that involved sport. Swimming, netball, water polo, and now rowing are my sports of choice.
In 2015, I joined the Australian Defence Force. I was deployed to Iraq for 6 months and once returning home, I wanted to further my education by studying Clinical Exercise Physiology.
While studying, I was lucky enough to have a range of jobs. I was a learn-to-swim instructor, a Strength and Conditioning Coach, and an Assistant in Nursing at an aged care facility.
My interest and passion now is to work with Ex Defence Force members to assist with injuries and conditions they sustained during service. I’m also very passionate about working with kids and adults with disabilities to improve their quality of life.
