I have always had a strong passion for exercise and movement. I’ve played a wide range of sports including netball and touch football which helped shape my love for staying active. I particularly enjoyed running and swimming, which naturally led me into triathlon. I now train with the Sunshine Coast Triathlon Academy and compete at a national and international level, including representing Australia in 2025 as part of the Age Group Team at the Triathlon World Championships.
I grew up in the small town of Inverell, NSW, before moving to the Sunshine Coast to complete my studies at UniSC. During this time, I fell in love with the Sunny Coast lifestyle and community and I truly believe there is no better place to be living and working. My experiences in both sport and study have reinforced my belief in the powerful impact exercise can have on physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
I am passionate about helping people of all abilities experience the benefits of exercise. I have a strong interest in working with individuals with chronic conditions, disabilities, cancer, and musculoskeletal injuries, as well as those looking to improve their general conditioning. My goal is to help others see how movement can positively transform their lives and guide them towards achieving their personal goals.
