Exercise has been fundamental to my life, shaping my strength, functionality, and discipline
Exercise has been fundamental to my life, shaping my strength, functionality, and discipline from an early age. I competed in gymnastics for 11 years, which shaped my understanding of how strength, mobility, flexibility, and conditioning work together to support health and movement longevity. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I could channel this energy into empowering others and making a contribution to the world by improving people’s health.
I’m originally from Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. I graduated high school in Cairns before moving to the Sunshine Coast to study Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC). During my studies, I gained valuable experience working in strength and conditioning settings, developing a strong foundation in movement analysis and working with a diverse range of clients.
I have a special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and supporting individuals with neurological conditions. I am committed to guiding clients as they overcome challenges, build strength, and regain confidence in their abilities.
My approach is genuine and client-focused, with a strong belief that exercise is one of the most powerful tools to support your mental health, physical health, and wellbeing. My goal is to help every client achieve their goals and reach their full potential while maintaining a fun and memorable experience along the way to assist in building their passion for exercise like I have.
