I found my passion for sharing exercise later in life, beginning with becoming a yoga practitioner in 2013, owning and operating a couple of studios along the way. With a broad variety of conditions yoga clients would present with, I soon found there was a hunger to further my knowledge and understandings of how exercise can be prescribed as medicine.
After 20+ years of living in Queensland Western Downs region, I moved to the Sunshine Coast with my 3 children in 2017 and began studying at USC the following year.
I believe it is never too late to begin or even restart anything in life especially exercise. I am passionate about guiding others to invest in themselves; strengthening our amazing ever-changing bodies, to remain independent, to increase longevity and experience an improved quality of life.
Outside of being at Kaizen, I love to cook, explore bushwalking trails, go mountain bike riding, take lots of sunrise/sunset headland walks and beach time with friends and family.
